This is great for employees because it is a way for them to feel connected to the team and less isolated. This is especially so if the team member joined the company during the height of the pandemic when everybody was working from home.

How does it work?

Let’s say you have a total of 20 team members but only 10 team members will be in the office at a given day. Simply get a 10-pax private office, and assign the days each team member is allowed to be in the office at each given day. Voila you get a hybrid work model! And the best part is - Avenue8 does not charge you a cent more to do this!

What happens if there are more people on that day?

There are a couple of ways to do this. Depending on the availability that day, you can rent an additional private office for the day. Alternatively, you can also use our meeting rooms. Our private office rental plans include “facilities credit” that can be used to renting our common area facilities such as event space, meeting room, and private offices. This means that, as long as you still have facilities credits for remaining that much, we will not charge you to do this!

How if we want to upgrade or downsize our private office ?

Similar to our regular private office rental plans, you can move to a bigger or smaller private office anytime you want as long as there is availability!
